UHT Lines

UHT system is designed for products like milk, milk based drinks, ice-cream mix, juices etc.
The turbulent flow in the heat exchangers, the gentle heat treatment and the fast cooling in optimum conditions retain the natural flavor of the products.

 

UHT sterilizers are available in the following capacities:

HIGH SPEED AND PERFORMANCE

Elecster pouch filling machines are the fastest pouch filling machines on the global market.
For example the EA-12000 is a triple-head filler operating at a speed of 12000 pouches / hour.

 

FLEXIBLE IN OPERATION

Each head can be adjusted in minutes to pack any pouch sizes between 200ml to 1000ml.
Furthermore the machine's different heads can be operated simultaneously with different pouch sizes.

 

SMALL SPACE REQUIREMENTS

The machines are designed to be compact in size to save space in the packaging area.
Minimal space requirement is indicated by the fact that 5 pcs of EA-12000 can be installed in area of approx. 100m2.
